Computer Class Sign-Up Form

This is a basic computer class that is driven by customer questions. Please fill out the form and ask your two questions in the boxes provided below, please be as detailed as possible. Most classes will start at 6:30pm and last for one hour and forty five minutes. If you require more than basic assistance, you will need to contact me for a private consultation. Once you have completed the form and asked your 2 questions you may use the links on the left to pay for the class using a Credit / ATM card.
